This morning while I was writing, I heard the voice of some children asking for food. They were at my neighbor’s door. I waited for a few minutes hoping that they would get some food there, but when that didn’t happen (and I am not sure why) I got up and picked up the only things available with me at that time – two packets of chips and a packet of rusks – and went back to the door. The children had gone ahead by this time, but I called out to them. They came running back, smiling. I handed over everything to them, reminding them to share. This as a great start to Navami!
