I went for a long walk in the Organ Pipes National Park today and decided to do two rounds of climbing. While returning uphill, I saw a family coming down with a small child. The child fell and had a bruised knee. I also noticed that they did not have a band-aid.
I went back to the parking lot and was able to find a band-aid in my car.
They were also climbing for the second time, and the mother was carrying the child. I offered the band-aid to her without saying anything and continued my walk downhill. She had an astonished look on her face as she wondered how I knew they needed band-aid for the child. I smiled and continued on my way.
