I was leaving a client’s office after a meeting, and while waiting for my cab, at the gate, I noticed a tiny puppy ambling towards a mud patch. It lay down, trying to get comfortable and then suddenly started whining, almost crying loudly and kept walking about. It was a cold Delhi day, and I figured the puppy must be feeling very cold, so I took my woolen scarf, gave it a few turns to make it a thick cover, and dropped it on the puppy’s back. The puppy immediately sat down and snuggled into the scarf and went to sleep. The watchman nearby was smiling at me, so I requested him to watch the pup and ensure it stays covered under the woolen muffler. He was pleased to do so!
