During the summer, my wife and I were on a road trip to Uttarakhand. The driving was delightful because of the beauty all around. There were a lot of tourists on the highway, and as we were nearing our destination, we found a car full of passengers parked on the side of the road. There were two ladies, four young children, and two middle-aged men standing next to the vehicle. We stopped next to them to see if we could help.
The gentlemen approached us and told us that they had a flat tire, their second in the day. They also were upset that no one had bothered to stop and help – we were the first car to have done so. They had changed the wheel about an hour back but had not got the puncture repaired. Hence the problem. I was in a fix because it was late afternoon, and I was keen to reach our destination. However, I offered to help them. While driving up, I had noticed a tire repair shop and decided to go there. Soon we had both tires repaired, and they could proceed on their journey.
